You'll be responsible for ensuring our jobs meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while leading a skilled crew in the field. You'll have access to cutting-edge tools and technology including fully equipped iPads and company smartphones and the opportunity to advance your skills at our 16,000-square-foot training facility in St. Petersburg, Florida, where we offer hands-on, customized training courses.

Position Responsibilities

• Work closely with the project superintendent and other trades to oversee the assigned scope, including managing materials, manpower, and workflow
• Take ownership of enforcing and promoting high standards of quality, productivity, and safety
• Leverage technology such as a company-issued iPad and smartphone to track progress, manage schedules, and exceed expectations
• Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver top-tier results on every project
