Job Overview ADP is hiring a bilingual Life Cycle Consultant (LCC) to strengthen client relationships from onboarding through the entire life cycle. The role will support implementation, sales, and open enrollment, provide benefits consultation, and drive client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities Benefits Presentations: Provide consultation to Clients, BAC, and WSEs on benefit offerings during Open Enrollment; partner with HRBP to conduct WSE Benefits Enrollment Meetings; assist clients with the election process. Relationship Management Assistance: Offer benefits consultation and advice to Benefits Administrators, HRBPs, and WSEs; support onboarding solutions; reinforce the TotalSource Value Proposition. Onboarding Benefits Plan Education: Ensure timely education and effective client-focused services during onboarding; collaborate with service teams and present benefits value propositions to prospects. Change Management: Coordinate change management for benefits elections/changes; guide clients as change sponsors and provide best practices. Account Management Assistance: Engage with Sales, Implementation, and HRBP/KAE teams to reinforce benefits value; educate clients on PEO value and HR outsourcing; assist with account due diligence and compliance. Benefits Consulting: Proactively identify opportunities to increase the ADP Benefits Value Proposition; provide compliance training and coordinate client training with Learning Solutions Group. Other Duties: Perform additional assignments as required. Travel: Local travel within 100 miles required 10-15% of the time, potentially up to 60-70%. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $18.70 – $37.88 per hour. The position may include bonus, equity, or commissions. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and able to translate documents into Spanish on occasion. Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed.
