The Position
As the Finance & Insurance Manager, your first responsibility is simple: help create a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for our employees and customers. If we cant provide that, we have no business being in business.
From there, we expect you to lead from the front. We believe real leadership is demonstrated, not announced. You should be willing to set the standard through your own actions, work ethic, professionalism, and attitude. And yes, production matters. A lot.
