Albertsons Companies is one of the largest food and drug retailers with 2,300+ stores. The Digital Marketing team has an opening for a temporary contracted program/project manager to support the Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) team. The program manager will support either all Retention Marketing & Evergreen Loyalty Initiative marketing execution or all digital innovation and Ecommerce marketing execution. Key responsibilities include driving executional excellence, writing and translating briefs, coordinating timelines and calendars, coordinating execution details across various teams, documenting accomplishments, and helping own smaller campaigns and executions with business units and coordinating execution with cross-functional marketing teams.
Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in project or program management for the marketing function, executing marketing tactics spanning many marketing channels. Marketing experience is a must. Retail/ecommerce/retention marketing experience is valued but not required. The ideal candidate is an expert on executing on time and with every detail accounted, has a good enough understanding of how marketing channels to flex and run solo when needed without the marketing manager's supervision, is a great partner to cross-functional teams and is a great communicator, is able to flag gaps proactively and work through solutions, is enthusiastic about process innovation and documenting to educate and streamline how we work, has a bias for action and is able to be autonomous and drive their own projects and influence other teams to work with you to bring your activations to market, and can effectively communicate with experts from different backgrounds and build strong stakeholder relationships.
