Administrative Operation Professional
UCI Transportation and Distribution Services is seeking a seasoned and experienced administrative operation professional to manage, plan, and administer the operations of Transportation and Distribution Services. Reporting to a director, or a higher-level administrative operation manager, the incumbent will perform short- and long-term planning for the organization, supervise staff and students, and demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Your role on the team will require thorough knowledge of University rules and regulations, processes, protocols, and procedures for budget, accounting, and personnel management. Preferred familiarity with the UCI campus and campus parking structures and lots is also required. The position requires the incumbent to be on site.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $73,900.00- $103,800.00 (Annual). Required: Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training. A minimum of 5 years of experience in supervisory experience and managing of administrative operations of an office.
