Our client is one of the fastest-growing cosmetic companies in the market today. Based in New York City, we're a family-run business developing global beauty brands that deliver real-world solutions for a diverse consumer base.
We're looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team. This role oversees all brand, affiliate, paid ad, and CRM marketing across all channels, primarily: DTC, TikTok, and Amazon. They will need to hire and manage a team of full time employees, freelancers, and agencies to support the business, as well as leverage internal resources already in place. This role reports directly to the GM of one of the brands.
The ideal candidate is an experienced direct-to-consumer marketer with a strong aptitude for brand storytelling. They will have managed 8-figure marketing budgets and should have direct experience managing growth marketing channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) and CRM (email, text, loyalty). This person will have a laser focus on KPIs like CAC, AOV, and LTV, a scrappy, can-do attitude, high attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentsomeone who can anticipate issues, streamline workflows, and build scalable systems that support our continued growth.
Salary Range: $185,000 - 225,000, plus bonus and benefits
This role is Monday-Thursday in-office with Fridays WFH.
