We are seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager to lead and oversee survey operations across multiple projects. This individual will support managing field and/or office teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high-quality standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role—ideal for someone who can manage teams but isn’t afraid to jump in, troubleshoot, and support the field when needed. Responsibilities Lead and manage survey field crews and/or office (CAD) teams Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget across multiple active projects Coordinate project delivery from kickoff through completion Supervise and allocate resources across: Up to 6 two‑person field crews Up to 12 one‑person crews Provide hands‑on support to field teams when needed (equipment issues, troubleshooting, etc.) Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
