We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director – New Business to lead strategic sales initiatives, identify emerging opportunities, and expand our market presence. Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, client sponsors, and industry leaders. Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to expand the company’s footprint across the MedTech & Healthcare sector. Lead client engagement activities, presentations, and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Operational Excellence : Collaborate with internal leadership, delivery, and technical teams to design effective client-focused solutions. Establish clear governance and performance review frameworks with clients to ensure accountability and satisfaction. Drive the creation and execution of business development plans, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and capability assessments.

Who Should Apply

  • Experience : You bring 15 - 25 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition within the MedTech & Healthcare, and are eager to take on challenges that drive measurable success.
  • Education : You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, with a Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Leadership and Results Orientation : You’re strategic, target-driven, and self-motivated, with a proven record of winning new business and delivering revenue growth.
  • Commercial Skills : You possess expertise in sales strategy, negotiation, contract management, and pricing to develop winning solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge : You have a deep understanding of the MedTech & Healthcare ecosystem and technology service providers, leveraging this expertise to identify and secure business opportunities.
  • Client Relationships : You excel at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming a valued partner and advisor to your clients.
