The Sr Business Analyst will serve as a critical link between our long-tenured operational teams and our technology group during key system enhancement initiatives. This role requires an individual who excels at understanding deeply established business processes, building trust with users, and translating operational needs into clear technical requirements.
The ideal candidate brings empathy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to respectfully challenge the status quo while enabling meaningful change across the organization.
MUST HAVE skills include - 7+ years of Business Analyst (BA) or Systems Analyst (SA) experience, 5+ years Test Plan writing experience, strong visual diagram experience (ie, Lucidchart or other product), strong ability to leverage multiple projects simultaneously.
This role requires 4 days ON SITE in Chesterfield, and 1 day remote, per week.
