Job description
The Head of Finance will oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance and optimizing processes within the accounting and finance department. This role is key to driving financial strategy and supporting business growth in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Client Details The company is a small-sized organization operating in the FMCG industry, known for its commitment to delivering regional products. It fosters a professional environment focused on innovation and excellence in its field. Description Lead and manage financial planning. Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives. Provide actionable insights through financial analysis and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with organizational priorities. Ensure proper management of cash flow, investments, and financial risk. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions. Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental excellence. Profile A successful Head of Finance should have: A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field. Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and reporting tools. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. A track record of delivering results in the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
