What Youll Do
Welcome visitors vendors and guests with outstanding customer service.
Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.
Respond to emails and assist with office communications.
Scan copy fax upload and organize documents.
Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean organized and professional reception area.
Provide general administrative support to the Fairgrounds office team.
What Were Looking For
Previous customer service experience required.
Bilingual inEnglish and Spanish.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel.
Strong communication organizational and multitasking skills.
Reliable professional and friendly attitude.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Schedule
MondayFriday 8:30 AM5:00 PM
Must be available to work weekends during the Oregon State Fair and other major events.
During Fair Season candidates should be flexible and available to work up to seven days per week based on business needs.
