Picker/Packer/Assembly Line
We are seeking dependable and hardworking candidates for a Picker/Packer/Assembly Line position in Youngstown, OH. If you're motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Join a team that sorts and packs MRE (Military Meals) on an assembly line. This role offers immediate start opportunities, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Work on your feet all shift long in a clean, organized facility. After your first week of perfect attendance, your pay increases from $13/hour to $15/hour. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with room for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on assembly line sorting and packing Military Meals (MRE)
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Ensure quality and accuracy in packing processes
- Follow safety guidelines at all times
- Ensure timely completion of packing orders
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to stand on feet entire shift
- Reliable attendance
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in manufacturing or assembly lines
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
Preferred Education and Experience:
- No specific education requirements, willing to train
- Previous assembly or packing experience is a plus
Other Requirements:
- On-site work location in Youngstown, OH
- Must be able to lift and move boxes as needed
- Background check and drug screening may be required
