About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the CFO's Office, who will serve as a strategic partner and force-multiplier for the finance organization. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the CFO, taking ownership of complex workstreams and delivering critical initiatives. This role involves maximizing the effectiveness of the finance leadership team, driving alignment, and executing key financial and strategic objectives. Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, preparing clear and concise communications for various audiences, and supporting the implementation of technology platforms to empower the finance organization. Applicants should have 7-10 years' of experience, with a background in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or consulting, followed by in-house, operational experience in a relevant financial or strategic role. A bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a broad background in financial roles, be adept at problem-solving, and have a proven ability to build trust and influence across an organization. Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, and a strong understanding of cloud services, software businesses, digital infrastructure, or data centers is preferred. The role demands an individual who is ready to drive from ideas through execution, tackle ambiguous problems, and is prepared to be flexible in a rapidly scaling business.
