This role is responsible for the overall leadership and management of Live Casino & Hotel as we continue to raise the bar on the gaming, hospitality, and entertainment experience in the Bossier/Shreveport market. Critical to this position is the ability to embody, communicate and drive the culture of the Live! brand in a style most effective for the Bossier market. The leader of Live! Casino and Hotel, Louisiana, will be responsible for bringing to life the Live! core values of providing best-in-class facilities, unrivaled guest experience, a culture of opportunity, empowerment, recognition, inclusion, and fun for the team members, and a driving force focused on the growth and vibrancy of the community. This position will successfully lead, develop and manage profit and loss of the business with strong revenues, margins and EBTIDA. Ensures the success of targeted return on investment for Live Casino. Manages over 600+ team members, 1000+ slot machines, 30+ table games, 500+ hotel rooms, 25,000 sq ft event center, and 6+ restaurants/bars. Where You\'ll Make an Impact Create the strategic vision and develop and implement the operational strategies and tactics that leads Live Casino & Hotel to become the premier gaming and entertainment option in the Bossier/Shreveport Market. Lead and direct the executive management team in the development, production, and promotion of Live Casino & Hotel products and services. Plan, control, communicate, and implement procedures and processes for the overall efficient operations of the business. Direct and lead staff in developing strategies to accomplish objectives approved by the Board of Directors and oversee the implementation of the strategies. Direct and lead the preparation of short-term and long-term business plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives, with operational assistance from all functional areas. Maintain a sound plan of the Live Casino & Hotel organization by establishing policies to ensure adequate management training and development and to provide for management succession. Plan development of a broad-based culture with values being clean, safe, fast, friendly and fun, that minimizes turnover of staff. Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and report these results to the Ownership. Ensure that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct reports are clearly defined and understood. Serve as the focal point for leadership and ensure that Live Casino & Hotel becomes an integral part of the Bossier/Shreveport region. Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule. Must-Haves A four (4)-year degree in Business/Marketing/Management or equivalent work experience including experience as General Manager or divisional Vice President in the gaming or hospitality industry. Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.
