Position Overview DL Investments / Carmel Reserves is seeking a Finance Associate to support the COO and senior leadership team in real estate development, investment management, and financial operations across multiple entities. This role is well-suited for an early-career professional with a strong foundation in finance or accounting who is eager to grow in a dynamic, high-exposure environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically capable, and comfortable supporting financial reporting, investment tracking, and operational coordination across multiple projects. This role is expected to exercise sound judgment and independent discretion in organizing priorities, supporting complex financial matters, and resolving issues with minimal supervision. We operate in a lean, fast-moving environment. The right candidate is proactive, organized, and willing to take ownership of tasks while learning directly alongside the COO and senior leadership. This position offers significant exposure to real estate investment, family office operations, and cross-border financial strategy. Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking across multiple legal entities. Support month-end close processes, including organizing journal entry documentation and expense records. Help prepare financial reports and summaries (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) under COO/senior guidance. Track and categorize expenses; code transactions in accordance with GAAP and company chart of accounts. Reconcile bank accounts, investment accounts, and credit card statements; flag discrepancies for review. #J-18808-Ljbffr
