The Weatherspoon Agency is hiring remote Benefits Representatives to assist individuals and families with understanding their supplemental life insurance and benefit options.
This is a remote insurance sales and enrollment position. Representatives work with warm leads and current clients through scheduled virtual appointments.
You will begin in a client-facing representative role with a clearly defined opportunity to advance into leadership based on performance.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
Compensation is based on:
There is no guaranteed hourly wage or base salary. This position is best suited for candidates who are comfortable with performance-based income.
Applicants do not need to be licensed before applying. Selected candidates may receive assistance understanding the licensing and onboarding process.
The initial step is a brief phone interview. Candidates selected to continue will receive information about the final interview licensing onboarding and training process.
