The YouTube Business GTM team is responsible for driving all go-to-market functions for the YouTube Business Organization including strategy and business operations, analytics and data science, partnership enablement, and product activation. The team shapes go-to-market priorities to accelerate growth and resource the business accordingly, enhancing skills and capabilities to support execution of business priorities, driving efficiency across business operations, and building excellent go-to-market infrastructure (e.g., data, reports, dashboards).
In this role, you will serve as a strategic expert for YouTube's enterprise payments, addressing complexity and ambiguity at scale. You will leverage analytical skills to diagnose issues, build automated technical infrastructure to scale resolutions, and drive continuous improvement. By building trusted relationships with key cross-functional partners, you will proactively manage risks, unblock obstacles, and present strategic recommendations directly to senior leadership.
