Job Overview OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING! Opening: Project Accountant & Administrative Coordinator. Location: Anchorage, AK. Pay: $75,000 - $110,000 annually DOE. Excellent benefits. Responsibilities Establish and maintain projects within the accounting system Monitor project budgets, costs, and billings throughout each project's lifecycle Review labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs for accuracy Prepare timely and accurate customer invoices Track accounts receivable and assist with collections Prepare project cost reports and assist with forecasting and financial reporting Review contracts, change orders, and supporting documentation before billing Prepare purchase orders and maintain project documentation Track purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries Maintain organized electronic and paper project files Coordinate communication between customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, project accounting, construction administration, project coordination, or a related administrative role Proficiency with QuickBooks is required Experience with project accounting or construction accounting is strongly preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy Professional, dependable, self‑motivated, and customer‑service oriented Compensation & Benefits Full‑time, Monday‑Friday position Competitive salary of $75,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience (highly based on project accounting experience) Comprehensive benefits package Stable, full‑time career opportunity Competitive pay with significant growth potential Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to play a key role in successful project execution Opportunity to join a respected Alaska company known for integrity, accountability, and long‑term customer relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr
