POSITION: Continuous Improvement Manager

JOB DUTIES: Lead the sites continuous improvement initiatives designed toeliminatenon-value-addedactivities while improving operational excellence. Ensure existing processesmaintaina high levelof performance while continuously reviewing and refining those processes. Establish a culture of operational excellence throughout all plant operations with emphasis on sustainable development. Manage CI projects while utilizing problem-solving and Continuous Improvement methods such as LEAN TPM Six Sigma and TQM. Lead supervise and train cross-functional project teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Implement P3 (Tenneco Operating System) to drive key performance indicators. Manage project budgets and costs related to operational initiatives. Drive mixed model value stream implementation plans for CI projects including resources timeline critical paths etc. Participate in operational continuous improvement reviews with local and regional management.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer Supplier Quality Analyst Assistance Supplier Quality Analyst or Continuous Improvement Engineer.
