Job description
To support the Indiana eSchool Academy, the full-time salaried Indiana Licensed K-8 Interventionist will deliver targeted, data-driven reading and mathematics interventions to K-8 students in a remote environment, collaborating with teachers to identify learning gaps and monitor student progress. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality, small-group and individualized reading and mathematics interventions aligned with student needs Analyze assessment data to monitor student progress and adjust instructional plans accordingly Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to align interventions with core instruction and communicate student progress Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Reading, Mathematics, Special Education, or a closely related field; Master's degree preferred Valid Indiana teaching license appropriate for the grade level(s) and content area(s) served A minimum of 3 years of successful classroom teaching experience in reading, mathematics, or elementary education Demonstrated experience in a virtual or online teaching environment Strong understanding of the Indiana Academic Standards for English/Language Arts and Mathematics across K-8 grade levels
