Human Resources Strategic Capabilities Unit
The Human Resources Strategic Capabilities Unit develops, retains, rewards, and attracts talent needed for the business to attain strategic and operational goals.
What You'll Do :
- Act as a strategic HR business partner, consulting with leadership to drive talent strategies, organizational development, and influence business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships, influencing and consulting with the assigned client group(s) and HR Leadership on the implementation and delivery of HR strategies.
- Analyze organizational trends and challenges to provide actionable solutions.
- Provide training, direction, and support on personnel issues, disciplinary procedures, and departmental structure changes.
- Affirm a performance management culture based on accountability.
- Support the design, development, implementation, and communication of HR initiatives.
- Partner with HR colleagues across various functions to ensure strategic alignment.
- Drive, influence, and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department and across the company.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
On-Site Work Environment : This position requires regular in-person engagement on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week. Travel and local commute may be required.
Working Conditions : Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 4 or more years of related experience.Each higher-level degree may substitute for two years of experience.A highly developed understanding of HR practices and employment laws.Experience in writing and interpreting HR policies.Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.Experience in conducting investigations.Excellent conflict management and interpersonal skills.Self-directed and motivated, able to manage multiple priorities.Must be able to accomplish goals through influence and persuasion.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills :
PHR or SPHR certification.Relevant industry or government contractor experience.Pay Information : Full-Time Salary Range : $81,156 - $137,964. Employee benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, disability coverage, life and accident insurance, and more.
