Job description

A company is looking for a Business Product Management Director for Automotive CRM.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a product vision and roadmap for the Automotive CRM portfolio

Serve as the voice of the customer, translating insights into actionable product requirements

Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product delivery and adoption

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role in CRM and the automotive industry

Proven track record of delivering successful SaaS or CRM product strategies

Deep understanding of automotive retail and dealer operations

Hands-on expertise in optimizing CRM workflows and integrating marketing operations

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities
