A company is looking for a Client Success Executive to manage and grow client relationships through strategic engagement and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client presentations and regular meetings to maintain strong relationships and alignment on goals
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning
Manage client proposals, renewals, and implementations, ensuring effective execution with internal teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in managing internal and external relationships, preferably in healthcare plan administration
Experience in healthcare plans or health insurance
Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver exemplary customer service
A Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration is a plus
