Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute high-level marketing campaigns to maintain a 5-star census and optimize payer mix (Medicare, Managed Care).
Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for hospital discharge planners, case managers, and top physicians in the Westchester and NYC areas.
Luxury Branding: Host exclusive on-site events, tours, and "white-glove" concierge experiences for prospective families.
Qualifications:
Experience: Experience in a high-end healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
Expertise: Deep knowledge Westchester healthcare landscape.
Soft Skills: Impeccable presentation, polished communication, and a "closer" mentality with a compassionate heart.
