Event Management Trainee - Entry Level

We are hiring an Entry-Level Event Management Trainee to join our growing team supporting live events, nonprofit campaigns, community outreach, and in-person marketing initiatives . This is a full-time entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to gain hands-on experience in event management, event marketing, customer engagement, public relations, and community outreach . No previous experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided. What You'll Do Assist with live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach programs Help with event setup, signage, materials, registration areas, and event breakdown Represent nonprofit organizations and community-focused campaigns at in-person events Speak with attendees, answer questions, and provide information about campaigns and programs Support event activities and help create a positive experience for attendees Work with team members to meet event, outreach, and campaign goals Assist with tracking attendance, collecting feedback, and completing basic event reports Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development What We're Looking For No experience required - entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with people in a face-to-face event environment Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn Positive attitude and strong work ethic Interest in event marketing, nonprofit work, customer service, sales, public relations, or community outreach High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends Training & Growth Paid training from day one Hands-on experience in event marketing and community outreach Ongoing coaching and professional development Opportunities for advancement into Team Lead, Event Manager, Client Liaison, and management positions Team-oriented work environment with opportunities to build valuable communication and leadership skills Who This Position Is Great For This opportunity can be a strong fit for recent graduates, college students, entry-level professionals, career changers, retail and hospitality professionals, customer service representatives, sales associates, and anyone looking to start a career in event management or marketing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
