Responsibilities
- Review applications and resumes for various positions, focusing on entry-level and hourly roles, to identify suitable candidates
- Proactively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and job boards, expanding the candidate pool and ensuring a diverse range of applicants
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with job requirements, ensuring only the best candidates proceed
- Manage candidate information within the applicant tracking system, maintaining accurate records for smooth process flow
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on priorities, share candidate insights, and ensure timely progress in the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews, handling complex schedules, candidate travel, and any changes to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Prepare and distribute offer letters, confirming all necessary details and approvals to finalize candidate acceptance
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in recruiting and selection to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
