The company is targeting $50 billion in annual revenue within the decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth.What you'll do:As a Warehouse Associate at QXO, you'll support daily warehouse and yard operations by safely handling, organizing, and preparing building materials for customers and deliveries. You'll operate forklifts and other equipment, maintain accurate inventory and order documentation, and help ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and yardWork outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditionsVerify order contents and maintain accurate documentation, including pick tickets and inventory count sheetsInspect, organize, maintain, and track inventoryDemonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPEMaintain a safe and clean work environment, including general cleaning and painting as neededWhat you'll bring:Experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment; previous warehouse experience preferredCommitment to providing an outstanding experience to customers, vendors, and coworkers through effective verbal and written communication and a customer-first mindsetStrong attention to safety, organization, and accuracyAbility to work effectively in a physically active warehouse and outdoor environmentReliable transportation to and from work and the ability to regularly work early morning hoursSpanish bilingual proficiency is a plusWhat you'll earn:401(k) with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision insurancePTO, company holidays, and parental leavePaid training and certificationsLegal assistance and identity protectionPet insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP)QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
