Talent Acquisition SpecialistOur client is a growing, multi-location organization seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting and onboarding efforts across the organization. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, develop proactive sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers and outside recruiting firms, and help build a consistent onboarding experience across multiple teams and locations.What You'll Do:Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and onboardingSource candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channelsBuild pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positionsPartner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies and hiring needsManage relationships with external recruiting partnersTrack recruiting activity, budgets, and key performance metricsDevelop and improve onboarding processes, materials, and new-hire communicationsCoordinate onboarding with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and other internal teamsMaintain accurate recruiting and employee records within the ATS/HRISUse recruiting data to identify trends and improve hiring resultsWhat You Bring:5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or recruiting coordination experienceStrong hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn and IndeedExperience managing job postings, recruiting budgets, and hiring metricsExperience working with outside recruiting agenciesExperience developing or improving onboarding programsStrong ATS/HRIS experience; ADP is a plusExcellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skillsStrong Excel and reporting abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyExperience recruiting for skilled trades, field operations, or other high-volume environments is a plus90,000-$100,000 (DOE)Employment Requirements:Candidates must be willing to complete applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review.
