Real Estate Data Analyst II
The primary function of this position is to support the transformation of buyout and leasing data across the portfolio, enabling informed decision-making for both internal and external stakeholders. The Real Estate Data Analyst II is also responsible for converting real estate and asset data into actionable financial insights that support lease transactions and portfolio strategy, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
What You Will Do Primary Responsibilities
- Support analytical projects focused on key Real Estate initiatives, such as portfolio optimization, asset performance forecasting, and identifying high-value investment opportunities.
- Convert large data sets into clear summaries, trends, and recommendations and produce accurate weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Evaluate, design, and implement best-practice processes to strengthen organizational performance.
- Develop analytical frameworks and tools to support project development and decision-making.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Real Estate operations, legal and financial data across all markets, systems, and processes.
- Leverage AI driven tools, automation, and other innovative technologies to enhance process efficiency, improve data quality, and streamline reporting workflows.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of critical business intelligence dashboards in Power BI, ensuring they meet the needs of executive and operational users.
- Enhance routine procedures for regular analysis and reporting, ensuring that processes are clearly documented so tasks can be reviewed, replicated, and expanded.
- Validate CRM and Property management data for completeness and accuracy, identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and lead corrective initiatives
- Proactively identify and frame complex business problems within the Real Estate lifecycle that can be solved with data.
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and audit readiness of real estate data consolidating various data sources to enhance audit input quality and strengthen control procedures.
- Support the adoption of data-driven decision-making processes across functional teams.
- Evaluate high-priority assets across the portfolio and recommend actions to maximize returns or mitigate risks.
- Deliver insights and predictive analysis to improve financial outcomes, asset prioritization, and strategic planning
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations to report performance metrics, risks, and financial outcomes
- Ensure that Real Estate management and senior executives have access to reliable, comprehensive, and timely data.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
What You'll Need Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Business or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate, or strategic business operations.
- Proven experience in leading projects, training junior staff, and supporting executive-level decision-making.
- Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and business intelligence.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Proven skills in creating advanced visualizations and handling enterprise BI platforms like Power BI
- Demonstrated capacity to work cross-functionally and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced tools including Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 CRM, Copilot AI, and PM DB.
- Valid Government Issued Driver's License
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
