About the role:

The Plant Manager serves as the senior on-site leader responsible for driving manufacturing performance through the development of high-performing teams and leaders. This role oversees plant operations while fostering a culture of accountability, employee engagement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong leadership, coaching, communication, strategic thinking, collaboration, problem-solving, and talent development skills to build organizational capability and achieve business objectives through others.

Location: This is an on-site position requiring daily presence at the manufacturing facility.

The pay range for this role is $97,200 to $117,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including leading supervisors and managers.
• Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
• Strong communication, collaboration, accountability, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record driving operational excellence in safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
