Position Responsibilities
Own end-to-end sales execution, meeting and exceeding individual quota and pipeline development goalsDevelop and execute outbound strategies to engage target accounts and executive decision-makersConduct discovery and value-based conversations with CIOs, COOs, CMOs, and other senior leadersNavigate complex procurement processes, IT integration requirements, and multi-line business use casesBuild and execute strategic account plans for both new prospects and assigned customersCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver joint value propositionsAccurately forecast activity, stage progression, and revenue through CRM tools and sales operations disciplineExperience & Skills
Required Experience and Qualifications
7–10+ years of progressive sales experience in healthcare technology or digital healthMinimum 2 years selling into large, $1B+ health systems or IDNsProven success in outbound enterprise sales and navigating long, multi-stakeholder deal cyclesExecutive presence and strong communication skills with a track record of building C-level relationshipsDeep understanding of provider operations, including patient access, contact center, clinical ops, and financial workflowsSelf-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and unstructured environmentCompensation $185k-$255k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation
