Work Environment

Our team operates in a dynamic remote setting, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients across Nevada. The work schedule is flexible, with the counseling center operating from Monday through Saturday. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to evaluate mental health needs and establish tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and document evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities to facilitate client progress.
• Engage in regular communication with interdisciplinary teams to discuss patient assessments, treatment interventions, and progress during scheduled meetings such as patient rounds.
• Ensure ethical and timely completion of all clinical documentation in accordance with departmental policies and standards.
• Provide case management services for assigned patients, facilitating collaboration with both hospital and community resources to promote comprehensive care.
• Support families and clients in achieving their individualized service plans, adapting treatment methods as necessary to meet evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a mental health therapist, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Your role will involve tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs, whether they are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues. Qualifications

• Must hold an active license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A willingness to commit between 10 to 40 hours of therapy sessions weekly is essential.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in the mental health field is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth service delivery is highly beneficial, as it enhances your ability to connect with clients effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, particularly cognitive-behavioral approaches, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
