Health Aura Therapy Center PLLC is seeking a licensed and experienced Clinical Psychotherapist (LPCC) to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will provide vital mental health services through virtual individual and group therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand clients’ unique histories and concerns.
• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy via live video sessions, helping individuals cope with various emotional challenges.
• Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic techniques to guide clients through their mental health journeys.
• Maintain an empathetic and client-centered approach, asking probing questions to facilitate self-exploration and insight.
• Document all patient interactions and progress in accordance with state and organizational guidelines using our electronic health record system.
• Stay updated on mental health trends and apply new research in practice to improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client base will primarily consist of adults grappling with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and end-of-life concerns. You’ll play a crucial role in developing therapeutic relationships that promote healing and emotional regulation, thereby improving clients' quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid and active LPCC license in the state of California.
• Strong understanding of mental health and substance use disorders.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in providing therapy to adults facing emotional and mental health challenges.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and platforms to deliver therapy.
• Experience in cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
