We are partnering with Izzio Artisan Bakery, a rapidly growing food manufacturer in Colorado, to identify a hands-on Chief Operations Officer who is ready to help lead the organization through its next stage of growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished food manufacturing executive who has successfully built or scaled a business and understands what it takes to develop the people, processes, and operational infrastructure needed to support continued growth.

We're looking for a progressive, entrepreneurial leader who has continued to take on greater responsibility throughout their career and has a proven track record of building teams, driving performance, and leading meaningful operational transformation.

This is not a sit-back executive role.

The Chief Operations Officer will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, providing strategic direction while staying connected to the plants, people, and day-to-day operations.

This leader will play a critical role in strengthening the operational foundation needed to support Izzio's continued growth, with a focus on developing leaders, creating accountability, improving performance, and building scalable processes.

What We're Looking For

• Progressive executive leadership experience within food manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling a business with $500M+ in annual revenue
• Broad operational leadership across multiple functions and manufacturing facilities
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and build strong leadership structures
• Experience leading operational transformation, expansion, and significant business growth
• Strong understanding of plant operations, financial performance, and operational KPIs
• Financial and P&L acumen
• A hands-on, visible leadership style with the ability to operate strategically
• A forward-thinking mindset and willingness to challenge how things have traditionally been done
• An entrepreneurial approach combined with the operational discipline needed to scale

You do not need extensive C-suite tenure to be considered.

We're looking for someone who has demonstrated the ability to build, lead, and scale complex food manufacturing operations. Someone who is energized by growth, comfortable navigating change, and excited about the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
