What you’ll do: As an Associate Architectural Designer, you’ll take real ownership of day-to-day project proceedings while developing your design and technical skills. You’ll: Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to clients Produce Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents, including 3D modeling, floorplans, elevations, sections, and details Research reference and building materials to inform design decisions Work through design and technical challenges with a good degree of independence Manage planning and permitting documentation, including comment review and resubmittals Coordinate with consultants and the broader project team through documentation and construction What you bring: A professional or pre-professional degree in architecture Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Working experience in Revit Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset Working knowledge of architectural standards, building codes, and documentation practices Comfort across all phases of project development, from schematic design through construction administration Ready to grow your career with an award-winning firm that’s shaping Houston’s built environment, and expanding across Texas?
