Salary Range :- $60000 to $70,000 + Benefits

Roles & Responsibilities :-

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Payment Processor / Payment Investigations Analyst to join our Payments Operations team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of SWIFT payments, investigations, reconciliations, and correspondent banking operations. This role requires extensive interaction with internal stakeholders and external financial institutions to ensure timely and accurate resolution of payment-related inquiries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling payment investigations, reconciling accounts, resolving exceptions, and ensuring adherence to operational controls and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional client service.

Analyze existing enterprise processes and identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and waste elimination. [axialsearch.com], [razorjack....atsone.com]

Track and analyze operational expenses, KPIs, productivity, and financial/operational metrics.

Support budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis for operational expenditures.

Work with business and functional teams to understand operational challenges and recommend process improvements.

Participate in continuous-improvement initiatives using methods such as Lean, root-cause analysis, standardized work, and KPI management. [razorjack....atsone.com]

Develop reports and dashboards to provide management with visibility into cost, performance, and operational trends.

Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.

Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, IT, and other cross-functional teams on OpEx initiatives.

Monitor improvement initiatives and ensure expected operational and financial benefits are tracked and sustained.

Maintain process documentation, SOPs, KPI reports, and improvement trackers.

Support governance and management reviews by preparing data, status updates, risks, and improvement recommendations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and standard reporting tools.
