The Residential Rehabilitation Programming Manager assists the Residential Rehabilitation Manager in directing and coordinating the patient programming aspects of the Residential Rehabilitation Program. Supervises RTC’s directly and has oversight to ensure the quality of patient programs. Work is performed at the residential site with some work at the clinic and / or in the community.

Job Tasks :
Directs and coordinates individual patient rehabilitation programs, and data systems. Ensures quality program for each patient is on-going. If residential site has two stories, requires repeated stair climbing to reach second story apartments accessible only by one flight of stairs.Conducts rounds of patient apartments, trains staff and reviews program implementation. Requires walking, standing, climbing stairs, participation in program implementation activities. Must have the ability to coordinate, participate in, lead, and teach such programs.Oversees therapeutic residential programs.When patients have needs identified in the needs and services plan which cannot be met by the facility but can be met by community programs, the Residential Rehabilitation Programming Manager arranges for the patients to attend available community programs.Trains and oversees the Residential Treatment Coordinators.Arranges for special provisions for the care. supervision, safety and guidance of patients with disabilities including visual or auditory deficiencies.In absence of RRM and ARRM directs patient portion of weekly residential management team meetings and monthly inservices.Transports patients as needed in own or company vehicle requiring transfer and driver abilities.Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but may substitute experience. Must have at least a high school diploma or pass a general educational development test (GED).Working knowledge of rehabilitative care is preferred. 1 year of work experience in residential care is required.Experience in which potential administrative and supervisory competence has been demonstrated is required.Must maintain CPR, First Aid, and Pro-ACT Certifications.Must be at least 21 years of age.Apply today!
