This role sits within one of their U.S. manufacturing or engineering operations.

• Master data management and data cleansing, including removing duplicates, completing records, and correcting formats
• Spreadsheet data analysis and reporting, such as pivot tables and lookup functions
• ERP or business system data entry and maintenance for supply chain data

What You'll Do

• Work with data owners to load and maintain clean, accurate data in business systems
• Remove duplicates, fill in incomplete records, and fix format errors
• Spot overlapping data ownership and get it sorted out with the owners
• Follow business processes and policies when collecting and uploading data
• Define and clarify data definitions, process flows, and policies with functional data owners
• Update master data element definitions and review the data entry process as business needs change
• Work with supply chain planners to understand what is needed for new and changed data
• Act as the go to expert for assigned master data elements and keep them accurate
• Lead small process improvement or data analysis projects and support larger ones
• Track data quality measures such as response time and data compliance rate

What We Need From You

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years in planning, procurement, warehouse, logistics, customer service, quality, or manufacturing
• Proven ability to manage and clean data in business systems or analytics tools
• Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills
• Able to work onsite Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM

Preferred / Bonus

• SAP master data experience
• Power BI experience
• Lean or Six Sigma experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Interest in a supply chain career
