About the Role :
FlyQuest is seeking a highly proactive and organized Sr. Marketing Manager to join our team. This position goes beyond just execution, it’s about taking our project into viral, culturally relevant moments that elevate FlyQuest’s presence across gaming and entertainment. This position ensures that all campaigns and collaborations are delivered on time, on budget, and fully aligned with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities :
Lead and Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resources strategies for marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and channels, ensuring alignment with organization goals.,
Act as the project owner and proactively communicate schedules, progress, decisions, risks, and blocks to all stakeholders
Measure project performance against key marketing KPIs and collaborate directly with C-Suite and VP of Marketing to set, align, and evaluate organizational marketing goals.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including producing post-event summaries for leadership team and other third party stakeholders
Manage key marketing project budgets
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors
Collaborate with cross-functional departments on campaign execution, strategy, and delivery.
Drive PR execution and strategy in coordination with marketing leadership.
Qualifications :
4-6+ years in a marketing or creative project management role
Proven leadership experience overseeing omnichannel campaigns across content, social, paid advertising, PR, and influencer marketing. From ideation to execution, including strategic planning.
Strong understanding of marketing campaign workflows, with hands-on experience in content marketing, social media, paid campaigns, PR, and influencer activations across multiple platforms.
Demonstrated success with viral marketing initiatives and innovative campaign strategies.
Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Familiarity with various project management and marketing tools (Asana, Sprout Social, HubSpot, Airtable, etc.)
Strong understanding of marketing campaign workflows
Excellent organization and communication skills with a self-starter and creative problem-solving mindset
PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications are a plus
Experience in gaming, entertainment, or new media industries is strongly preferred.
Marketing or Creative Agency experience is not required but is preferred.

Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Proficiency in operating computers, office equipment, and different software. Effective verbal and written skills.
