System Analyst – Microsoft 365 (M365)

Location : Lansing, MI (Hybrid) LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY

Rate : $60 / hr on W-2 (No C2C)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst with advanced expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365) Administration and Configuration , particularly within the Government Community Cloud (GCC) environment.

The selected candidate will play a critical role in supporting enterprise-level M365 implementations, managing configuration updates, and providing technical analysis and documentation to ensure platform stability and compliance.

This is a highly collaborative role working with IT leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders to optimize productivity tools and improve end-user experience across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess updates to Microsoft 365 products within the GCC tenant.
• Analyze the impact of M365 product changes on enterprise systems and recommend solutions.
• Review configuration options and provide recommendations aligned with organizational standards and licensing.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and job aids for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with M365 product teams and Microsoft support to maintain a secure and optimized environment.
• Support and troubleshoot daily operations involving SharePoint Online , Teams , Power Automate , OneDrive , and other M365 tools.
• Participate in cross-functional working sessions to define technical requirements and configuration standards.
