The Programmer Analyst Senior analyzes business and clinical processes in cooperation with the customer and vendor to develop specifications to satisfy project activities and change requests and designs, codes, documents, tests, debugs programs and prepares the specifications for operation.

The Programmer Analyst Senior responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Develops, maintains, and follows INTEGRIS and software manufacturer programming guidelines to ensure that customization of applications does not unnecessarily interfere or hamper future upgrades to these applications.
- Develops computer programs in programming languages and frameworks standardized and supported by the approved INTEGRIS SLDC in order to support business processes regardless of user interface.
- Authors, designs, and implements unit tests for application code as specified in the approved INTEGRIS SDLC in order to support long term code quality and security.
- Documents program functions, file structures, records structures and operating procedures.
- Codes, tests and debugs computer programs to meet scope and system requirements objectives.
- Prepares program specifications in cooperation with project lead and departments.
- Obtains sign-off from the user at various stages of the requirements and specifications definition, design and implementation process.
- Analyzes tasks including gathering information from systems users, analysis of goals, problem complexity and feasibility study, logic design, conceptual database design, forms and report layout, resource evaluation and cost and time analysis.
- The role is to assist in guiding the end-users through the configuration and testing of the already implemented Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud Applications.
- Provide functional support and configuration expertise to the AP and Finance including testing, with ability to troubleshoot issues related to transaction processing with interfaces to external systems.
- Advise the project team on best practices related to configuration and setup of the Finance modules.
- Involved in all support, testing, integration, and issue resolution in end-end ERP modules.
- Partner with Finance personnel to support business operations and satisfy user inquiries, resolve issues, and support applications.
- Modify or develop new queries and reports as needed.
- This role will also provide internal customers with the best possible solutions to utilize Oracle Fusion Financials, roll out new functionality, identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems, and provide user support.
Oracle only :
- Responsible for supporting and enhancing Oracle Financials Cloud Modules to improve operational efficiencies.
- Works closely with user community and IT Services to ensure integration between business and technology.
- Works directly with key stakeholders for issue resolution.
The Programmer Analyst Senior reports to the department Manager or Director. This position may have additional or varied physical demand and / or respiratory fit test requirements.

- Bachelors degree in related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associates degree in related field with 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent hours of college credit for an Associates degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience.
- Three years of prior work experience with software used in a financial, clinical or large enterprise systems setting preferred.
- Write and maintain functional specifications for Cloud Financials / Projects applications and business system processes.
- Develop systems requirements, design, prototype and roll out new enhancement solutions.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal / Written) ERP Programmer Analyst Senior :
- Previous work experience with finance, supply chain, and human resources business practices and systems.
- Candidate must possess and maintain active licensure in accordance with Oklahoma State Law.
- Design and implement custom reports using Cloud Financials / Project reporting tools.
- Fully comprehend client requirements and translate them into implementable solutions using leading Oracle Cloud practices and processes.
- Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Financials Cloud Applications.
