This position is a key contributor to the organization's talent management and HR initiatives. This role is responsible for supporting the execution and coordination of HR programs. Key responsibilities include managing internal talent movements, coordinating engagement survey administration and follow-up actions, and supporting succession and talent planning efforts. The HR Specialist also provides assistance with employee relations, HR compliance training, and ensures adherence to HR policies and employment legislation. Focused on execution and coordination, this position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively across HR and business functions to ensure consistency and excellence in all aspects of talent management.

Salary Range : $65,000 to $80,000 annually, plus discretionary incentive program. Pay is based on many factors including but not limited to education, skill, experience, training, certifications, and other business needs.
