Job Title : Service Advisor - Dealership

Salary Range : $50,000 - $75,000 per year (Based on Experience)

Position Overview :

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and our service department. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating service appointments, providing information on service options, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and a background in retail trucking or automotive service.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Interaction : Greet and assist customers, assess their service needs, and provide accurate information on available services.

Service Coordination : Schedule service appointments, allocate work to technicians, and ensure timely completion of service jobs.

Communication : Keep customers informed about the status of their equipment, provide estimates, and address any questions or concerns.

Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed records of service orders, parts usage, and customer interactions.

Technical Assistance : Collaborate with service technicians to gather information on equipment issues and convey relevant details to customers.

Upselling Services : Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or maintenance packages to customers.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an retail trucking / automotive dealership or a related field.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with agriculture equipment and basic technical understanding.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency in computerized service management systems.
