Automotive Ast Service Advisor.

Serra Automotive, an owner of 55 dealerships nationwide, is seeking an Automotive Ast Service Advisor for Serra Toyota Team.

Based in Fenton, Michigan, Serra is comprised of 55 dealerships in 7 states and represents 67 automotive franchises throughout its 23 campuses.

Are you passionate about cars and enjoy providing excellent customer service? Serra Toyota in Milwaukee, WI is currently looking for an Ast Service Advisors to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to determine their automotive service needs
• Provide detailed information about available services
• Create and manage service orders
• Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Update customers on the status of their vehicles
• Resolve any customer issues or concerns regarding service
• collecting payment and retrieving vehicle for customer (active delivery)

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive service advising or a related field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive systems and basic vehicle maintenance
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Nights and weekends.
  Close during the week at 8:00pm. (part time)
