We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our customer service team and enhance our overall customer experience. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the customer support department, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. You will develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and streamline service processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer support team.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance service quality.
  • Analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Train, mentor, and support customer support representatives to help them achieve their goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the customer support team and executive management.
  • Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment to improve team morale.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service management or a similar role.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts efficiently.
