Overview
As Senior Employee Relations Advisor on the HR Advisory Services team within Hire to Retire / Global Business Services, you'll partner with various Kellanova North America (KNA) stakeholders to drive business growth through HR expertise. Your role involves offering solutions and recommendations on policies aligned with our values while mitigating risk. This is a hybrid role with 4 days a month in the office, located in Grand Rapids, MI.

Compensation
The annual salary range is $91,700 - $114,600, which is based on factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
