Denova is seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedBilling Specialist to support our Billing Administrator team. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our billing operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and meet our high standards of accuracy and compliance.
What You Will Do
- Assist in managing day-to-day billing operations, supporting the Billing Administrator in handling inquiries, documentation, and system updates.
- Respond promptly to billing inquiries via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams, providing thorough and professional assistance.
- Organize and manage incoming billing documentation, including faxes and electronic submissions.
- Contribute to billing projects, such as claims scrubbing and review, under the guidance of Accounts Receivable leadership.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling patient and financial records.

What We Need From You
High School diploma or GED; additional certification in billing, finance, or related field preferred.At least two years of experience in billing or administrative support within a healthcare setting.Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Proficiency in electronic medical records systems (EMR / EHR), insurance carrier portals, and billing software.Your Work Schedule
