OT on a Exempt 1099 Contract : No Overtime Pay Contract Contingent Basis located CONUS - Washington DC Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting a branch of DOE that leverages science and technology to address energy, environmental, and nuclear challenges, advancing climate and energy policies through strategic studies and policy analysis supporting analytical capabilities.

Seeking Training and Education Program Specialist candidates with relevant Energy, Science, and Technology Research Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Science, and Technology Research Sector Clients such as DOEOP. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Forecasting And Report Development Support Functional Area - Energy Technical Consulting Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Energy Technical Consulting (Training and Education Program Specialist) in the Energy, Science, and Technology Research Industry Sector focussing on Business Process Solutions for clients such as Department of Energy (DOE | OP) | DOE Office of Policy (OP) Generally Located In CONUS - Washington DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country / World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Training and Education Program Specialist | Forecasting And Report Development Support [DOEOP084089]

Develops training materials and programs to support workforce understanding of energy trends. Align with Forecasting And Report Development Support Functional Area initiatives as a Training and Education Program Specialist that Assess and inventory workforce education programs, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement in energy sector training. Provide Public Comment Review, Data Analysis, Modeling, Evaluation, Mapping, Forecasting And Report Development, Data Tracking Tools, Workforce Policy Analysis And Convening, as well as Energy Market Economic And Regulatory Analysis Technical Consulting Services and support for The Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Policy (OP). These services enable mission objectives involved with renewable energy, fossil fuels, nuclear energy, hydrogen, biofuels, carbon capture, energy storage, grid modernization, energy efficiency, and sustainable infrastructure technologies.

Other Details

The Training and Education Program Specialist role may involve cross-functional collaboration and participation in high-level DOE strategy discussions. This role is estimated to be engaged as Part-time role developing and delivering training and education programs. Due to the sensitive nature of our work, the individuals who will be actively completing work on this contract or reviewing documents related to our operations must either be cleared (Secret Fcl / Top Secret Fcl) or be able to obtain and maintain a clearance (i.e. DOE Q).
