Responsibilities :
- Record and manage financial transactions to ensure accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payments.
- Oversee payroll tasks, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Perform administrative duties related to bookkeeping and accounting.
- Review the accuracy of business transactions and address any inconsistencies.
- Utilize QuickBooks Desktop to maintain efficient and reliable accounting operations.
- Gather and analyze primary financial data to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and familiarity with other accounting software.
- Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
