Senior Cloud Reliability Analyst

As Senior Cloud Reliability Analyst at Epicor , you'll be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the customer systems. You'll collaborate across teams to automate deployments, monitor live environments, and drive continuous improvement in our cloud operations.

What you will be doing :

Analyze application logs and monitor live production environments, responding to alerts and resolving issues proactively.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for teams outside of IT, providing technical guidance and support.

Collaborate with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to design and implement automation solutions.

Lead the orchestration and optimization of automated web application deployments.

Participate in regular development meetings and contribute to high-level strategic planning.

What you will likely bring :

5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a specialized or industry-specific role.

AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate (or higher) certification.

Strong experience with AWS and solid working knowledge of Linux.

Advanced SQL skills and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain various software applications.

Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to energize cross-functional teams.

Additional AWS certifications beyond the SysOps Administrator level.

Hands-on DevOps experience and a passion for automation and reliability engineering.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve team and departmental goals.

Range :

Minimum : $70,000 USD Maximum : $200,000 USD
